Ear band

This is a cozy ear band that will help to keep the wind out of your ears.  It is knit with two layers of yarn and then folded so that in total it is four layers.  There are a few knitting patterns that you may choose from, diagonal stripes, leaves, flowers, dots, snowflakes, and spirals.  Each ear band design is knit with the opposite colors on the other side, see the dot ear band in both photos.

You may choose to have the band knit with undyed alpaca yarn.  The colors are shown in the color chart. Or, you may choose to have it in with organic merino wool. The wool comes in the natural, off white.  I usually have some on hand that I have dyed with black walnut husks and water, exclusively.  If you are interested in the dyed wool yarn, please contact me to see the current available color options.

The ear band is knit with two colors typically.  However, if you would like a solid color, please choose the same color for the two color choices.  The pattern is not really an issue for a solid color band, so you may choose the diagonal stripes.  If you have a specific vision of where you would like each color in the design, please let me know at purchase.

The ear band is about 3.5 inches/9 cm wide.  Unstretched it is about 20 inches around and it stretches to 26 inches/66cm.  It is around 3/8 inch or 1 cm thick.
