Long, plain knit leg warmers

Solid color, long, plain knit, leg warmers. These can be made in natural alpaca colors, or they can be made with organic merino wool. The organic wool is a natural white wool (not a bleached white). I typically have some of the organic merino wool dyed with black walnut husks. Please ask to see the colors that are currently available. The organic merino wool yarn comes in a couple different widths, you can choose the thinner or thicker yarn. You may see the alpaca colors in the color chart.

You may order according to the width of your legs. Small(Narrow)/ medium/ wider. The lengths will all be about 24”,30”, or 36”, which you may choose in the drop down menu. Please note that the lengths are approximations, while they are on your leg. They will be longer on some people and shorter on other people. The ones shown in the photos are the 24” length.

For the 24” long leg warmers the top of the leg warmers stretch to fit 19-21 inches around the leg, for the large. The medium fits 17-19 inches and the small 15-17. This measurement will sit a few inches above your knee. If you want them shorter than the options, please let me know. If you have uniquely shaped legs or wear XL or larger please send you measurements.

If you would like to send you measurements, here are the measurements needed:

-Around your ankle
-Around your knee
-Around your thigh mid way between knee and upper thigh.
-the length from the middle of your knee to your ankle
-the over all length you would like the leg warmers to be.

Each item is lovingly, handmade by myself once your order is placed.

I make these to be tight, yet with movement and the bending of the knee, they stretch a bit. When walking they can fall to the knee area. Excessive movement will bring them down to the ankle. Wearing tights or leggings underneath the leg warmers keeps them up nicely. : )

These are made completely out of animal fiber and may itch sensitive people, cotton worn beneath them helps with this.

Hand wash only when needed.
