Returns and exchanges
Refunds can be made for returned items, or you may make an exchange. If you would like a refund, I will refund you the cost of the item minus shipping and handling fees and processing fees. This is taken out of the item cost for free shipping items. If you would like to exchange the item, I will send you a coupon code once I receive the item you do not want as long as it is in original condition! Or, complete the exchange immediately.
If you need something altered, please let me know upon receiving the item. I will do what I can to make it right for you, if I hear from you with in a 2 week time frame of receiving your order. After this time frame there will be an extra charge to alter an item.
If you are returning an item, shipping costs will not be refunded. You must pay shipping on returns and I will accept returns postmarked up to a month from purchase. As long as I was contacted within two weeks of receiving the item/s. In original condition!
Shipping information
I usually ship USPS priority with insurance, especially within the US. Shipping overages will be refunded to you. I use recycled and biodegradable packaging as much as possible. I will try to get items out to you in the time frame allotted in the listing. If for some reason I cannot meet the date, I will let you know.
If you order from overseas, your country may charge an import tax. If so, that tax is your responsibility to pay. I usually ship overseas via first class mail. It is less expensive and will take longer to get to you than priority mail. Please contact me if you would prefer to have your order mailed priority mail, there will be additional cost. * I suggest priority shipping to all destination in December. If you select to have your package shipped first class during the holiday season, it may take up to six weeks for you to receive it. *
International customers—- I will NOT ship items as a gift, or lower the price for the item on the customs declaration! I am an honest woman.
Custom order information
Custom orders….I do accept custom orders : ). Please understand that there are limitations to how knitting performs in clothing. I will see what I can do to help your desires manifest.
I prefer to have custom orders from the months of February to August. If you contact me in this time frame for a custom order, there is not a surcharge. If you would like a custom order from September to January, there may be up to a $40 surcharge depending on what you would like. This is due to high volumes of orders at this time.
I do NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. If you need it altered, please contact me within two weeks of receiving the item. There may be a charge for alterations depending on the situation. If I am at fault, I will alter your item with out any extra charge.
Woollywhotknots reserves the right to refuse service to customers that have been problematic.

Any information that I have for you is used only to contact you directly. I will not share your information with anyone! Also know that I am not able to see your payment information.
